| Work description | SMALL SIMPLE re roof We completed this reroof of 6SQ Tear off install shingles and 5SQ tear off install modified bitumen we completed this project months ago under permit # B2026-01009 **WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THIS ISSUE RESOLVED FOR MONTHS BUT KEEP BEING GIVEN MISINFORMATION FROM YOUR PLANNING DEPT AND HAS CAUSE SIGNIFICANT DELAYS ** The inspector came to the site, completed the inspection, and passed our in-progress inspection. He informed us that we could continue and finish the roof, and that once completed, we should contact the Building Department to have the permit revised from a minor permit to a building permit so he could return and perform the final inspection. THAT'S WHAT WE WE'RE TOLD TO DO FROM UR INSPECTOR AND PLANNING DEPT THEN THEY TOLD US TO DO SOMETHING AND THEN SOMETHING ELSE JUST TO BE TOLD THAT'S NOT CORRECT THIS IS SIMPLE ROOF REPAIR !!! WE HAVE BEEN ATTEMPTING TO FIX THIS PERMIT ISSUE SO WE CAN GET PAID FOR THE COMPLETED WORK I SPOKE TO PLANNING SUPERVISOR HE TOLD SUBMIT A BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION FOR THIS PROJECT AND HE WILL PUSH IT THE FRONT OF LINE AND ISSUE THIS SO WE CAN BE DONE THIS ISSUE ITS BEEN MONTHS!! |
