  Each new permit that matches your filters and is enriched with AI analysis and property data counts as one lead. Duplicate permits are not counted.

• Can I change plans anytime?

  Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

• What's included with each lead?

  Every lead carries the permit scope with an AI plain-English summary, plus property details from public assessor records — assessed value, year built, square footage, property type. Pro plans add the contractor of record's license classification and business phone from state license registries. Government records only: we never do phone lookups on individuals and never use people-data brokers.

• How does Territory exclusivity work?

  One subscriber per trade per metro, first claim wins. While you hold a territory, we will not sell that trade × metro combination to anyone else — unlike lead marketplaces that sell the same lead to 3–5 competitors. If you cancel, the territory opens back up.

• What does the free plan's 7-day delay mean?

  Free accounts see every permit — 7 days after it's filed. Paid plans get the same permits in real time, usually within 10 minutes of the city publishing them. For lead generation, the first week is where the job is won, and that's what you're paying for.
