Construction Code #2: Table G3.1.1-3 Baseline HVAC System Types of the 2017 DC Energy Conservation Code includes multiple system assignments for Residential building type category but not Other non-residential categories as shown in ASHRAE 90.1-2019 and beyond. Proposed Modification #2: Allow the baseline system used in this project to be System type 1 which would align with the intent of later versions of energy codes.
