| Work description | We would love your help with expediting this project if possible. We are working with a family through this Oakland city project, through the housing department. The project is supervised by Hourig McCray. We would like to provide the family with a safe home as soon as possible, since they have had so many leady problems and contractor challenges this year. We are removing and replacing 12, metal frame/single pane/vertical sliding windows. With in-kind motif vinyl/ single hung, double pane windows. The framing will be slightly thicker than the existing metal. We will enclose the interior work zones with plastic and thoroughly clean afterwards, we will also create ground protection outside during removal and installations. We will go over-kill on the water proofing with increase barrier protection, as well as coating the framing for better weather reistance. We have already obtained the lead permit and we are EPA lead certified. |
