| Work description | Prep and paint trim only. We will protect all surrounding surfaces by installing 6-mil plastic sheeting on the ground and covering nearby landscaping, set up a netting around the work are, outdoor furniture, and other non-work areas as needed. Windows and openings will be masked to prevent dust migration. Existing loose or failing paint on exterior trim will be scraped and sanded using Festool HEPA-equipped sanding systems connected to HEPA vacuums for dust control. Workers will wear appropriate PPE, including disposable protective suits, gloves, and respirators with P100 filters. Upon completion of surface preparation, trim will be primed as needed and painted, followed by a thorough cleanup and proper disposal of all debris generated during the project. |
