Work descriptionFull exterior wet scrape, prime, 2 finish coats. Interior Prime and paint. Use EPA and local city protocols for lead abatement -secure lead permit from the city -place signage and caution tape at all entrances, block off work zone where possible -enclose work zone scaffolding with netting to minimize chip migration -cover all belongings and the property adjacent to the work zone with 6mil plastic, securely tape to seal belongings from any paint chips -cover all flooring or exterior grounds with 6mil plastic to collect paint chips, and debris. Plastic should extend 10ft from the walls -scrape all loose paint, use misting as is possible or hose the surface before hand and during scraping to limit dust migration -vacuum any paint chips, dirt and dust with HEPA vacuum, double bag all waste, use vacuum or wet wiping on any waste bags before removing from work area, goose-neck tie all bags -clean the work area systematically, check the effectiveness of cleaning for lead chips -perform daily visual inspection of the work area, make sure no dust, debris or residue remains after cleaning -clean full facility flooring or exterior grounds from all paint chips and debris -off-haul all trash and project debris -review full property after scaffolding removal -call for inspection of premises and permit closure
