| Work description | The City of Oakland approved this AT&T modification project last year (B2403617) AT&T needed to make the below changes. The only document that has changed since the previous approval is the plan set, with the changes outlined below: -Shifted location of proposed platform that the new FRP screening is anchored into. Shifted new platform inward 1’-8” behind the (E) parapet wall to avoid obstructing the (E) roof area drains -New h-frame proposed at each sector is mounted directly onto the new steel platform at each sector instead of mounting to backside of new FRP screening -Added scope for (E) antenna pipe mounts to have lower antenna brackets to be removed & replaced with a new attachment to the new raised steel platform -Existing lower antenna brackets are anchored into (E) parapet wall. These will be obstructed when new raised steel platform is installed -New steel angle and u-bolt attachments are proposed to anchor int to new steel platform as a replacement |
