PROJECT INCLUDES NEW AND REVISED MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, AND PLUMBING SYSTEMS, INCLUDING LIGHTING, POWER, DATA, HVAC DISTRIBUTION, AND PLUMBING FIXTURES, AS REQUIRED TO SUPPORT THE NEW LAYOUT. ALL WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH APPLICABLE CODES AND REGULATIONS. THE BUILDING IS FULLY PROTECTED BY AN AUTOMATIC FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM. ANY MODIFICATIONS TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM SHALL BE DEFERRED AND SUBMITTED UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT BY A LICENSED CONTRACTOR. NO CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY OR USE IS PROPOSED UNDER THIS PERMIT.
