( 3 Bundles Per Roof Square) – Shingles are compliant to Title 24 CA Energy building code. • Install GAF Masterflow Vents for Proper Roof Ventilation • Install GAF Timbercrest 10” Using Approved Fasteners. • Install All New Penetration Flashing. • T-Top flashing will be replaced with 10” top & bottom flashing assemblies using approved roofing nails. • Paint All New Galvanized Flashings (Color to Match New Roof) • Haul Away all Roofing Debris from Jobsite. |
