The four homes will be the same in concept, general layout, and construction. This and 1325-1/2 will share a party wall and therefore have a different floor plan from 1321 and 1323. Please assign the same reviewer team to all four houses. Trying to address comments from four teams with different comments becomes very difficult. It is also impractical because the same builder will build all homes at the same time. |
