The existing mechanical penthouse will be converted for amenity use by building tenants and apartment units. Existing electrical equipment will be relocated to new below-grade vaults on the alley side. Interior work will include, but is not limited to, new partitions, doors, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, finishes and limited structural renovations. Elevators will be replaced, and stairs will have limited scope renovations. Exterior work will consist of the replacement of window and door panels, new pavers, and terraces divider railing.
