Erect the required ladders or scaffolding as needed in order to access the work areas safely per OSHAguidelines.2. Remove all existing roofing and flashing down to the wood substrate and haul away from the premises.3. Remove existing copper gutters and save.4. Inspect the existing wood sheathing and advise customer of findings. Any deteriorated 1 x sheathingwill be replaced at a rate of $13.00 per board foot or plywood will be replaced at rate of $5.00 per boardfoot.5. Install Carlisle WIP 300 high temperature ice and water shield at the entire eaves, rakes, and ridgeprior to re-roofing in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.6. Install GAF DeckArmor underlayment over the remainder of the roof area per the manufacturersspecifications.7. Install new shop-fabricated 16-ounce copper drip edge with cant at the eaves.8. Install new shop-fabricated 16-ounce copper drip edge at the rakes.9. Install new shop-fabricated 16-ounce copper cap at ridge, secured with hidden cleats.10. Install new S1 quality Spanish slates 16 x 10 secured using new copper, smooth shank nails.11. Install new Berger PRO #100 snowguards staggered 20 on center.12. Re-install saved gutter.Repair Cracked Seal at Water Table & Install Diverter: $259.001. Remove existing caulk. Recaulk.2. Solder shop-fabricated 16-ounce copper diverter on left side of water table.Install Diverter at Asphalt Shingle Roof Rake Edge: $443.001. Install shop-fabricated .032 aluminum diverter at right rake edge of asphalt shingle roof to shed water to lower flat roof. |
