Work descriptionRevision to B2509694 - EXECUTIVE CONFERENCE ROOM 3020, LARGE PRIVATE OFFICE 3023, HUDDLE ROOM 2021, HUDDLE ROOM 2022, LARGE DIRECTOR OFFICE 2024, and PRIVATE OFFICE 2035 have been modified to create two enlarged conference rooms, EXECUTIVE CONFERENCE ROOM 3023 and CONFERENCE ROOM 3032. There is an operable folding wall between the two conference spaces (between gridlines 5/H and 5/G), which allows these two rooms to combine into one enlarged space when the partition is open. The changes in this RAI accommodate this design update, structural work required for the operable partition system, and updates to the MEP systems because of this change. - Suite entry doors at RECEPTION AREA 3000 and OPEN OFFICE 3031 have been replaced. The new hardware has panic bars on which allow for free egress at all times out of these doors. - Plumbing, electrical, and mechanical updates reflect updates to light fixture types and locations, updates to coordinate power/plumbing with finalized furniture and equipment layouts, and mechanical work location updates due to ceiling conflicts discovered on site. - SK-1 - OPERABLE WALL SUPPORT has been added. - A133 - ARCHITECTURAL - DATA/POWER PLAN - THIRD FLOOR has been deleted. - Affected SF for Revision: 1,300 SF
