Work descriptionMill asphalt pavement. Remove and recover all tennis court appurtenances including nets and posts. To the extent necessary for construction access and mill and overlay operations, chain link fencing shall be salvaged and reinstalled. If not in good condition, replace in kind. Overlay asphalt pavement, repaint markings, provide net appurtenance. Court surface shall be sportmaster premium sport surfacing products or plexipave. Severe cracks can, at the discretion of the contractor be repaired with a a full depth pavement replacement in 2 feet wide strips. Install bison competition tennis post system TN10, including net anchors prior to placement of surface asphalt and paint. Provide new signage for courts explaining rules of games in english and spanish. Signs shall be mounted to the perimeter fencing close to the entrances of the courts. Provide one new trash and separate recycling receptacle.
